West Pleasant View home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in West Pleasant View fell by $2,800 while total sales decreased by 81.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,200 - a 0.9% decrease over the $303,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in West Pleasant View in the fourth quarter of 2018.
