Westminster (Jefferson County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Westminster in Jefferson County rose by $45,050 while total sales decreased by 87.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $349,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 178 homes sold in Westminster in the fourth quarter of 2018.
