Dakota Ridge home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Dakota Ridge rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 76.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $422,500 - a 9% increase over the $387,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Dakota Ridge in the fourth quarter of 2018.
