Wheat Ridge home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Wheat Ridge rose by $28,484 while total sales decreased by 78.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $416,516 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in Wheat Ridge in the fourth quarter of 2018.
