Coal Creek home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Coal Creek rose by $131,550 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $477,500 - a 38% increase over the $345,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Coal Creek in the fourth quarter of 2018.
