Arvada (Jefferson County) home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Arvada in Jefferson County rose by $250 while total sales decreased by 91.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,750 - a 0.1% increase over the $400,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 160 homes sold in Arvada in December 2018.
