Ken Caryl home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Ken Caryl rose by $95,000 while total sales decreased by 90.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 27.5% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Ken Caryl in November 2018.
