Edgewater home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Edgewater fell by $3,550 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,950 - a 0.9% decrease over the $394,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Edgewater in October 2018.
