Ken Caryl home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Ken Caryl rose by $47,050 while total sales decreased by 76.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,050 - a 13.4% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Ken Caryl in October 2018.
