Applewood home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Applewood fell by $141,000 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 24.5% decrease over the $576,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Applewood in October 2018.
