Evergreen home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Evergreen rose by $96,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $569,000 - a 20.4% increase over the $472,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Evergreen in October 2018.
