Lakewood home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Lakewood rose by $8,400 while total sales decreased by 98.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,400 - a 2.3% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 145 homes sold in Lakewood in February 2019.
