Ken Caryl home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Ken Caryl rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $393,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Ken Caryl in March 2019.
