Columbine (Jefferson County) home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Columbine in Jefferson County rose by $5,550 while total sales decreased by 68.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,550 - a 1.2% increase over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Columbine in March 2019.
