Evergreen home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Evergreen rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 78.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $710,000 - a 4% increase over the $682,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Evergreen in March 2019.
