Lakewood home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Lakewood rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 79.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,500 - a 4.4% increase over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 228 homes sold in Lakewood in May 2019.
