Wheat Ridge home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Wheat Ridge rose by $22,800 while total sales decreased by 81.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $402,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Wheat Ridge in May 2019.
