Arvada (Jefferson County) home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Arvada in Jefferson County rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 81.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $418,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 209 homes sold in Arvada in May 2019.
