Columbine (Jefferson County) home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Columbine in Jefferson County rose by $62,473 while total sales decreased by 71.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $501,673 - a 14.2% increase over the $439,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Columbine in May 2019.
