Applewood home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Applewood rose by $145,500 while total sales decreased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $612,500 - a 31.2% increase over the $467,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Applewood in May 2019.
