Denver home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Denver fell by $143,049 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,250 - a 45.8% decrease over the $312,299 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Denver in the second quarter of 2019.
