Coal Creek home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Coal Creek fell by $228,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,000 - a 44.3% decrease over the $515,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Coal Creek in the second quarter of 2019.
