Ken Caryl home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Ken Caryl fell by $21,500 while total sales decreased by 64.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $381,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 224 homes sold in Ken Caryl in the second quarter of 2019.
