Westminster (Jefferson County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Westminster in Jefferson County rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 69.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $386,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 240 homes sold in Westminster in the second quarter of 2019.
