Dakota Ridge home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Dakota Ridge rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 63.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $442,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 174 homes sold in Dakota Ridge in the second quarter of 2019.
