Arvada (Jefferson County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Arvada in Jefferson County rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 72.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 166 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 9.8% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 600 homes sold in Arvada in the second quarter of 2019.
