Edgewater home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Edgewater fell by $90,500 while total sales decreased by 70.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $359,500 - a 20.1% decrease over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Edgewater in June 2019.
