Columbine (Jefferson County) home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Columbine in Jefferson County fell by $25,750 while total sales decreased by 75.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $439,250 - a 5.5% decrease over the $465,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Columbine in June 2019.
