Arvada (Jefferson County) home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Arvada in Jefferson County rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 79.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 13.4% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 223 homes sold in Arvada in June 2019.
