Applewood home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Applewood rose by $54,900 while total sales decreased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $589,900 - a 10.3% increase over the $535,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Applewood in June 2019.
