Fairmount home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Fairmount rose by $39,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $636,750 - a 6.6% increase over the $597,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Fairmount in June 2019.
