Westminster (Jefferson County) home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Westminster in Jefferson County rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 65%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 140 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 400 homes sold in Westminster in the first half of 2019.
