Arvada (Jefferson County) home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Arvada in Jefferson County rose by $34,550 while total sales decreased by 66.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 329 homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $405,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 982 homes sold in Arvada in the first half of 2019.
