Mountain View home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Mountain View rose by $71,250 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $510,000 - a 16.2% increase over the $438,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mountain View in the first half of 2019.
