Applewood home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Applewood rose by $42,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $570,250 - a 8% increase over the $528,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Applewood in the first half of 2019.
