Littleton (Jefferson County) home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Littleton in Jefferson County rose by $44,900 while total sales decreased by 73.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $702,500 - a 6.8% increase over the $657,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Littleton in the first half of 2019.
