Columbine (Jefferson County) home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Columbine in Jefferson County rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 75.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $454,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $434,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 135 homes sold in Columbine in the second half of 2019.
