Pricing for the median home in West Pleasant View increased during 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in West Pleasant View rose by $90,106 while total sales decreased by 74.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,106 - a 25.7% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in West Pleasant View in 2019.
