2020: Edgewater experienced a 6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Edgewater rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 67.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 6% increase over the $420,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Edgewater in 2019.
