Brighton median home prices rose by 5.9% in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Brighton rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 78.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,500 - a 5.9% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Brighton in February 2019.
