Median home prices in Welby rose to $249,000 in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Welby rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 88.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $241,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Welby in the first quarter of 2019.
