Federal Heights median home prices fell by 10.2% in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Federal Heights fell by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 10.2% decrease over the $284,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Federal Heights in the first quarter of 2019.
