What happened to the median home price in Berkley during the first quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Berkley fell by $51,500 while total sales decreased by 82.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,500 - a 13.2% decrease over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Berkley in the first quarter of 2019.
