Rising home prices in Brighton in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Brighton rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 82.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,000 - a 5% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in Brighton in the first quarter of 2019.
