How did home prices perform in Commerce City during the second quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Commerce City rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 99.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,500 - a 10% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 343 homes sold in Commerce City in the second quarter of 2019.
