Thornton home prices rose in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Thornton rose by $55,200 while total sales decreased by 98.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,500 - a 15.2% increase over the $362,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 654 homes sold in Thornton in the second quarter of 2019.
