Welby median home prices rose by 7.4% in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Welby rose by $19,250 while total sales decreased by 93%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,750 - a 7.4% increase over the $259,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 142 homes sold in Welby in the first half of 2019.
