Ken Caryl home prices fell in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Ken Caryl fell by $55,050 while total sales decreased by 78.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,950 - a 16% decrease over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Ken Caryl in February 2020.
