February 2021: Home prices in Lakewood fell

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Lakewood fell by $85,000 while total sales decreased by 97.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 22.4% decrease over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Lakewood in February 2020.
