2019: Deer Trail experienced a 1.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Deer Trail rose by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $192,450 median sale price for the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Deer Trail in 2018.
